Terms of Service
This document is not final.
Still to be stated: the legal entity that operates the service; the support address. AdTrust is in free beta and nothing is being charged. These terms will be completed, and reviewed by a lawyer, before any payment is ever taken.
What AdTrust is
AdTrust is an intelligence tool for traffic operations. It reads the settings of a Meta ad account you already have access to and returns a health score, warnings and recommended actions.
It is not advice. No score is a guarantee of any account's survival or performance, and every decision you take on the strength of a score is your own.
AdTrust is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Meta Platforms, Inc. "Meta", "Facebook" and "Ads Manager" are the trademarks of their owner and are used here only to say what this tool reads.
Your account
An AdTrust account is for one person. You are responsible for keeping your password and your access key secret, and for everything done through them.
Your access key is personal. Sharing it, publishing it, or using it from a service other than the AdTrust extension may lead to it being revoked.
What you may do
You may use AdTrust on ad accounts you own or lawfully manage, including accounts you manage for clients.
What you may not do
You may not resell, sublicense or redistribute AdTrust or the scores it produces as a service to others. You may not attempt to reconstruct, reverse engineer or copy the scoring model, whether by inspection, by bulk querying, or by any automated means. You may not use AdTrust to build or train a competing product.
You may not use AdTrust to access an ad account you have no right to access.
Meta's rules are still yours to keep
AdTrust reads accounts through the session your own browser already has. We never ask for your Meta password and never hold a Meta system user token. Complying with Meta's own terms remains your responsibility, and nothing AdTrust returns overrides them.
Availability
AdTrust is provided on a best-effort basis. There is no uptime guarantee. Features may change, and the scoring model is expected to change as it is measured against more real outcomes — that is the product working, not breaking.
Price
AdTrust is currently free to use while it is in beta. If paid plans are introduced, you will be told before you are charged anything, and no charge will ever be applied to an existing account without a clear, separate agreement to it.
Your data
What is collected, what is kept and what is never done with it are set out in the privacy policy, which forms part of these terms.
Ending it
You may stop using AdTrust at any time and request deletion of your account. We may suspend or end an account that breaches these terms, abuses the service, or attempts to extract the model.
Deleting your account removes your login, your access keys and your personal details. Your past analyses remain in the database, unlinked from you — this is stated in full in the privacy policy, and accepting it is a condition of using the service.
Liability
To the maximum extent the law allows, AdTrust is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind.
We are not liable for lost profit, lost revenue, lost data, business interruption, or for any action taken by Meta against an ad account — including suspension, restriction or closure — whatever any score said beforehand. A score is an estimate of risk read from settings, not a promise about the future.
Changes to these terms
These terms are versioned and dated. If they change materially, the new version is published here and, where it affects how your data is handled, you will be asked to accept it again inside the extension.
Contact
Questions about these terms, about your account, or a request to delete your account go to AdTrust support, at the address shown at the end of this page. If no address is shown there, this deployment is not yet taking public support requests and you should contact whoever gave you access.
Governing law
These terms are governed by, and any dispute is subject to, the courts of Recife, Pernambuco, Brazil.
