What AdTrust does

AdTrust reads the settings of the Meta ad account you open in Ads Manager and returns a health score with warnings and recommended actions.

What is collected

Each time you analyze an account, the account's settings are sent to our server to be scored: the account's id and name, its status, limits, trust signals, verification state, creation date, spend figures, its Business Manager, its funding source id, its end advertiser name, its associated page id, the payor and beneficiary names it declares for ad transparency, and how many people hold each role on the account. Never your password, never your Meta session, and never the full page.

The NAMES and Meta ids of the people on the account are used to count roles and are then discarded. They are never written to our database.

What is NOT collected

We never read the CONTENT of your advertising: no ad copy, no images or video, no audiences, no targeting, and no campaign, ad set or ad names. To score how clean your account is, AdTrust asks Meta for the REVIEW STATUS of your ads — the status only, never their content — and keeps nothing but the count of how many are rejected.

What we do collect are figures that sit on the ACCOUNT itself and describe its health: spend and impressions, how many campaigns and ad sets are archived, the average campaign daily budget, and your brand safety settings. Those are account settings, not creative work.

We never ask you for a Meta system user token, and we never hold one. The extension reads the account through the session your own browser already has, and that access stays inside your browser — it is never sent to us.

What we keep, and why

Your analyses are SAVED on our servers — the account settings sent and the score returned, tied to your AdTrust account. They are kept for the lifetime of the service, for auditing and for the quality of the product. Aggregate patterns from saved analyses make the scoring sharper for everyone.

What is never done

Your data is never sold, never rented, and never handed to third parties. One customer's account details are never shown to another customer.

Your controls

You can request deletion of your AdTrust account at any time by contacting support. Deleting it removes your login, your access keys and your personal details.

Your past analyses REMAIN in our database after deletion, unlinked from your login. Being plain about what that means: what stays is the ad account's settings and its scores — including the account's name and id and the Business Manager it belongs to — so it is unlinked from you, not anonymous. It is kept for auditing and to keep improving the scoring model.

This is the one thing deletion does not undo, and it is written here in full so that agreeing to it is a choice and not a surprise.

What this tool is

AdTrust is an intelligence tool for traffic operations. It is not advice, and no score is a guarantee of any account's survival or performance.

By clicking "I agree", you confirm you have read this notice and accept that your analyses are stored and used as described above.

No support address is published yet.

The notice above gives you the right to request deletion of your account by contacting support. Until an address appears here, ask whoever gave you access. This is a gap, and it is named rather than hidden.
